How fun to see everyones creative packets ready for disintegration!
I admire them all!
PS I am not yet listed under collaborators.

The bundles are looking like works of art. I love the photos of Ginny's and Jo's.
so cool! Thanks for connecting us with so many that have joined your project. 80 ways to disintegrate- that's impressive!!
Ooh! It looks as if Jo's has rust on its edges. This is such fun! I know there's a slug living under my pile of disintegrating papers. I haven't looked but I *know* it's there! Jeanne in Oregon (sunshine today with a little rain)
So fantastic to see and very exciting as well!
Truly captivating project Seth...the bundles look amazing. Isn't it such a beautiful world, when so many people can get so excited about such things...love it.
I had my own bundle of silk wrapped rusty bits and leaves, buried in the ground. I got some great stains on the silk...after 1 month...really needed to leave it buried longer.
I finally have some wrinkles on my paper scrolls. It's about time! LOL. The big question is 'Will we make it to 100 participants?'
Hi Seth,
Both you and this disintegration project of global proportions continue to amaze me. I see this though as just Part I -as the beginning of the project. The real challenge of this unique collaboration will be in Part II. What will everyone do with their weathered bundles? May 1 is the "show" date of unveiling nature and time's offerings - perhaps Sept 1 could be a date to see some of the inspired disintegrated bundled art projects that may have emerged. That could be another awesome, out of this world "show and tell!"

how fun is this?? i'm so excited to see how they all end up! we are expecting rain soon which should be interesting!! lovely idea....
LOOK at these fabulous bundles! They are so organic and natural, compared to my Isuzu tie-on! haha! I just used the term 'worldwide bundle' on a comment, and I like it. I called it The Seth Project on another comment. Basically, I think everyone I visit is doing this. Can you imagine what it's going to be like on May 1st, when the Worldwide Bundle is unfurled?
okay, I should probably lie down for a second.
The photos themselves are quite striking....may day, may day!
These are absolutely gorgeous...I just love this project! Roxanne
80+!!! This really took off. Impressive.
thanks so much for linking to me seth!!! much fun xx
The energy created by the bundles is really exciting! In the face of what ever life has to offer, one spark can set off a hundred creative minds to be compelled to just try something! I am looking forward to seeing the end products of the weathering of bundled treasures.
I SO want to do this...Theresa Martin gave me your blog to look at and I'm very intrigued. Can you email me instructions or do I "wing it"? Marvelous....

Seth! These are way cool! I love them all~
I decided to move mine last weekend!
Here's to rust =)
I have to agree with the comments here, these bundles are works of art. What a fun project, you are just too cool Seth!
I am so loving this, Seth! I can't wait to see them all in May!! :)
Love this project very much!
Stunning!
Thought you might find this fact interesting... Christina Oiticaca (wife of Paul Coelho) buries her paintings for about a year as part of the art process.
NOTHING has changed. Drought in Texas. Dry. Dry. Dry. Maybe this summer the heat will make the damned thing spontaneously combust. However, in the meantime, that dead possum might make a cameo appearance.
It is so much fun to see everyone's bundles. You have certainly captured our imaginations with this project.
Hi Seth - Well those legs on my disintegration manifestation bundle seem to be a fast track to departure! I got fired from my job on March 4 - and because of that will probably move back to Portland sometime this summer. At first I was disheartened at the loss of the job, but then I realized I had created a very special (and apparently powerful) "departure" bundle and the 'be careful what you wish for' thought came into my head. Oh yeah! The universe is not always tidy - and rarely follows pre-planned time tables - so here I am the first step of my departure manifestation bundle ready and working whether I am ready or not! Who knew!
