such awesome work! and the photos are so marvellously taken... catching every detail! i'm so in awe with altered art and the artists behind them ... such creativity and beauty!!
The book is shaping up beautifully Seth. Love the contrasting patterns and the earth tones. The little hand is a great find, looks like one of Judy's pieces.
A work of love, I can tell. I'm getting back into hand made at the moment and finding that it opening up all sorts If unexpected emotions: why is that???? it would appear that when we make things with our hands, we connect to something very deep inside.
Gorgeous post! Love how you are creating your Handbook. Hands are so reflective of what's inside and can be healing tools for what's outside. All telling and seeing-and for those who can not see with their eyes, hands are used to see the world through touch. The layers are beautiful as are your pictures which have captured the captivating feel of your book.
Assembling the right elements in harmony is tricky if not predestined. (Ever notice that when something "works" it looks effortless and inevitable? It works Seth!
I am loving this..I also am a hand person.. I have them sitting on laying every where. Yet I still keep looking for them.. As always your work is wonderful. WOW> Katelen

Yes, I see this is part of your obsession with hands-- this one is more solid--- taking in the light instead of reflecting the light.
