MMCA Today

A big thank you goes out to Debbie Overton who invited me to do a guest interview on her wonderful blog MMCA Marketplace.

Head on over to the interview to see a sampling of my artwork and to learn a little bit more about me, my artwork, and my collaborative projects. And while you are there look around through the blogs and shops of the MMCA members. You will also find free digital images and links to online art suppliers, workshops and retreats, tutorials, challenges, and exhibitions.

Nice work Seth. I love the found objects you use in your pieces and am often torn these days between looking at the ground for 'ingredients' and the scenery for photo opportunities.

I also enjoyed reading your interview over at MMCA. I hope you do starting teaching workshops soon. Sign me up!

And thanks for linking to my blog over here ---->

Seth do you sleep? I was out on a pontoon boat for a couple of hours and the ripples in the water, herons, water lilies and almost too many gifts of inspiration. The blue/gold resonates in my mind's eye and it makes me want to work on my rusty garden woman sculpture...I have been collecting wonderful design elements to use and Stazon inks for text possibilities. Thank you for your continued generosity and support to the slow moving ladies who aspire to keep up. Imagine and Live in Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart

What a dramatic new work on display. The blue and gold colors are so vibrant with lots of visual treats to find! Love the 3-d shot and your "Golden Night" words.

Great interview as well in the MMCA Marketplace. The best part about the article was knowing that there's so much more to learn about you, your talented textured and layered artwork, your collaborations and all of your creative projects to come! You are so talented -and inspiring to so many artists!

Oh yes, yes, yes. This one rates right up there. Love these colour combinations (my favs!) Great interview too. Always love to hear what moves and inspires others. Have you considered online workshops as an option to teach? It's a long way to swim from OZ, LOL!

The splash of blue on Golden Night just makes the whole thing pop. It really lives up to its title. Really enjoyed the interview too. Some great questions and answers there and some lovely images. I'd love to see you teaching classes. Any chance of you doing online classes for those of us abroad? ;o)

I enjoyed the interview... my youngest daughter is a distance runner, she is impossible to live with when injured! She needs that clarity that running gives her and I guess the endorphins don't hurt either! Me I'll stick to walking to work, hiking/backpacking and belly dancing! Running is too much like hard work! Have a productive evening, best
