I just heard about blending pens about 2 weeks ago. I guess it's time I try it instead of my old (bad for your health) stand by: Acetone.
I saw this...it does look easy. All I need is a blending pen.
Hmm. I joined you, but I didn't see you.
I adore image transfers and use them on a regular base. I never heard of a blending pen though. Sounds pretty easy, but I think I stick to my gel medium and/or mod podge technique, I know the ins and outs of those and feel comfortable with it.
