Made from found objects and a hand from a 19th century religious statue, this series speaks to the issues of past and present, ancient and new, and the passage of time. Achelois is named after the Greek moon goddess known for washing away pain.

That was fast. It sold before I ever saw it. I'm so jealous. I love hands, and this one really caught my eye. When I first saw it, the word symmetry came to mind. It's just wonderful.
