The Evidence

Although I have not recently posted too much new art, I am hard at work behind the scenes. I have been working on a number of newer projects and completing quite a few older collaborations. In fact, recently I have been on a creative roll.

The evidence...

What are you working on?

SETH! i am no where as busy as you are, and i maybe have 8 or 10 'works in progress' at this moment. it's good to know it's not just me . . . i feel like i 'loose' interest in a piece, and then a week or a month later i come back and it looks all new again.

today, i have to say was very productive.

I'm finishing up a few projects with due dates, and then plan to just create with no particular goal in mind, creation for it's own sake. Something I don't do often enough.
Was at a weekend workshop with Lynne Perrella last weekend, and that always inspires me.

Currently have a piece of Indian Motocycle paper on the board, and also working on a billhead from 1896 which included MARBLES as line items. Can you guess what I'm going to put on it? ;o)

I've been working on some digital prints which has been fun. I haven't given up the paintbrush though and plan to get busy with some new art canvases after my vacation.

I love seeing these snippets of your work. when do we get to see the completed pieces?
I'm working on 3 different series right now, which might be too much, but I'm afraid if I quit one, I'll never get back to it. Or maybe I just don't know when to quit!
Happy creating, Seth!

we had been traveling and I find it takes me awhile to settle down afterwards...part of me is still in Switzerland!

I did finally get tired of hearing myself say..."I haven't created anything in so long..." so I got busy and altered a tin...something long on my mind

Happy almost weekend to you

As always, love your work! I'm working on collage and mixed media projects in a domestic violence support group. We are focusing on positive qualities we have to offer the world and on what we want to move towards. It's a quite powerful and healing process.
