Q and A on Everyday

Are you familiar with Everyday Artist Studio? Today they are featuring an interview with me about DisCo - the Disintegration Collaboration.

Jenn Mason is the mastermind behind this site and has created an amazing, one-stop hub of creativity. She features video interviews and tutorials, art book reviews, classes, a list of artist retreats, a blog, descriptions of and tutorials for art tools, a list and review of must-visit art shops across the country, and so much more.

Stop by today and visit often.

Thank you Jenn for this opportunity and for introducing DisCo to a whole new audience.

That is a nice write up. My wife and I are heading up to NYC for 4 days in late July, you'll have to hook us up with some places to see and places to eat. We are excited.

Thanks for showcasing Jenn Mason's Everyday Artist Studio and of course, her terrific interview with you! I loved your discussion of change, evolution, patience and the process of aging, in terms of its impact on nature’s elements, art, and in our daily lives. No one teaches us how to age. I think it's a skill and craft - one that you can hone, and one that our creative energies, by ourselves and in collaboration with nature and significant people and creative outlets in our lives can enhance. All things that fuel our energy, creative expressions and ability to connect with one another help us to grow, age and nurture our talents, relationships, artistic skills and appreciation for all in our days- both wonderful and challenging. You grace our lives with a treasured patina all your own.

your ideas are so well stated!! but of course!!
your CIRCLE wide, your view ENCOMPASSING the beauty of life's process, your IMPACT touching many, OPENING eyes, BRIDGING quiet gaps.....

Liked the interview. Ageing? I know all about that!! I just content myself with saying that we are all ageing from the day we are born. That old bundle of mine is still ageing - shall shortly make it into a w.o.a. (I hope) - did you see my blog on the day when I posted it with a hideous mask on it?

Seth, your interview is wonderful... I love the thought on what we all hopefully got from the project... that change and aging are part of life and need to be embraced. Have a great week... Roxanne

Oh I really enjoyed your interview – your thoughts on the projects and your plans for the future. A collaborate project for charity – I am intrigued and would be pleased to participate.

What a great interview. I loved your reply to the question; "what did you learn?" How you liken the DisCo process to changes in ourselves and how patience is required for these changes. I can relate.

Proud of you, proud for you. Great interview and now I have another fun, artistic and informative blog to peruse.
I enjoyed how you compared the ageing process to the disintegration... you know I have a spring and summer garden, but I have a fall and winter garden too. Same thought process, I suppose.
Congrats on this recognition.
