I hope you have enjoyed seeing True Colors through the eyes of the creators. I have never dedicated so many posts on so many days to a single topic before. But to me, True Colors is worthy of the stage. The project, the book, and the participants all represent a moment in time that was original, unique, and endlessly inspiring. I thank all the artists for trusting me and allowing me to share with you all their personal thoughts and reflections.

I've enjoyed learning about this book, and would love to win a copy. I looked at my local library the other day, and found out they didn't have one. I was hoping to see what all the talk is about, but from reading all the stories, I may just go out a buy a copy anyway.

I enjoyed "True Colors" so much, that I had it coil bound! I have several story boards with pictures of colors and color combinations inspired by artists' works in the book, and little quote-lets on handmade post-its, with page numbers as reference. Inspiration on so many levels, and delight at all. Thanks to all artists who shared such private and intimate art.

I just received my copy in today's mail so don't need to be part of the drawing.
After spending all afternoon with True Colors I think I'd much prefer to see a virtual copy of one of the books in its entirety rather than another book of photos of individual pages from the books. All of the artists talk about the experience of looking thru each individual book as being what was most special.
Last year I saw in a museum a virtual copy of a book by Reverdy that had been illustrated by Picasso and felt as though I was experiencing the real book so I know this can be done.
I would love a chance to win a copy of this ook it sounds so inspiring and I really do hope there is a follow up book! Hint Hint! ;)

Seth, True Colors has a special meaning to me too, as it was my introduction to mixed media, and to a lot of marvelous artists! Thank you for this series, it has been a lot of fun getting a "look behind the stage". True Colors is still among my most treasured books, and should I win it, I will make it a gift to my sister, she is bound to treasure it as much as I do.
I rec'd my copy about two weeks ago and have only scratched the surface... it is thick, heavy, and LOADED with great pictures... I love the fact that so much commentary about the making and relationships draws the reader in to the collaborative experience... can't wait to lounge a bit later this summer and really take it in.
