I was unable to go to the opening of the 36th Annual Member's Exhibition of the Printmaking Center of New Jersey in June, but was recently able to visit. This is a juried show that focused primarily on prints, mixed media, and book art.
My handmade artist book, An Object Found, is among the pieces being exhibited.
Available for purchase through the gallery or in my Etsy shop.
Sold. Thank you!
PCNJ is a wonderful organization. The Executive Director Linda Helm Krapf is knowledgeable, dedicated, innovative, and a pleasure to talk to. In addition to the gallery space, PCNJ has an open printmaking studio with paper making and letterpress equipment, an artist in residence program, educational workshops, and some very special programming/events coming soon.
That's my book on the pedestal in the right hand corner.
Another view.
I loved this mixed media piece by Arlene Gale Milgram...
...and this unique piece by Kenneth Schnall.
The exhibition runs through August 20th. My book will also be exhibited at the New Jersey City University Gallery from September 15th to October 26th.

looks wonderful! congratulations, seth!
What an amazingly striking piece your "An Object Found" is. I have never been to a gallery that I can recall with gloves by a work of art to touch it- so this exhibit is incredible!
I would expect that your book will be traveling around alot more than you've indicated! Congratulations having your work exhibited in both these exhibits!
Really nice, Seth.. great pieces you highlighted as well.
Congrats on your exhibition! Your piece looks fabulous Seth!

Does that artist in residence appeal to you personally as something you might want to do?
The other artists works you show us are stunning as well.
I haven't been able to visit blogs much lately, and I'm glad to found a free evening to 'travel in blogland' and come among such wonderful art! It really fills up my spirit... to face yet another busy week...
Congratulations on being included in what looks like a wonderful exhibition.. love all the pieces you showcased here.
